No Refunds
All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
Size Exchanges
If the item you receive does not fit correctly, we offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must still be attached.
Exchange Process
To request a size exchange:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.
- Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchange Approval
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the size exchange and ship the replacement item if it meets our conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for items that are:
- Worn or washed
- Damaged after delivery
- Returned after the 7-day exchange window
